Technology as leverage
Use AI and intelligence to amplify the product without eliminating the underlying need.
Health, wellness and longevity are areas I care deeply about personally. I’ve experienced firsthand how much better life can feel when you take your health seriously, and that has changed the way I think about the products and companies I want to build.
I’m constantly learning, testing ideas and looking for better ways to improve health, performance, recovery and quality of life. That perspective increasingly shapes the opportunities I pursue and the work I choose to put into the world.
The goal is to build companies with lasting relevance—companies that grow stronger as technology advances while staying grounded in enduring human needs.
Use AI and intelligence to amplify the product without eliminating the underlying need.
Positive impact matters, but the product, economics and customer experience still have to work.
Build around physical, human and clinical needs that remain relevant as technology changes.
I build because I want to create something meaningful. Knowing it has genuinely helped someone is the most gratifying part of the work.
I’m drawn to businesses that create a meaningful improvement in someone’s life — sometimes large, sometimes very small.
It might be helping someone become more intentional about their health, understand themselves better, make a complicated job easier, reduce friction in their day, or simply enjoy a moment a little more.
That’s the common thread in everything I build.
I like solving real problems, creating things people genuinely use, and knowing that the work ultimately made someone’s day, business or life better in some way.
Success matters to me. But the part I find most rewarding is knowing the work had an impact beyond me.
